This exhibition takes a look at one of the shortest lived cities in ancient Egypt, Amarna. Archaeologists have been able to discover details about the rise of Amarna to power, as well as its sudden fall. They use drawings, photography, maps and computer recreations to bring this ancient city to the modern visitor.
